The mixer manages the audio from the two audio-devices. Depending on configuration and circumstances, these devices are routed to the front or the rear speakers. Specially for the car, a reset volume is provided. This switch remembers the volume setting at which it got activated. When the system boots, the mixer will automatically turn down the master volume to this level.
